The battery used in the graph on the right is enhanced by Capacitech, significantly reducing its peak power requirements. This offers the design flexibility to select batteries with higher energy density. As a result, range can be improved without the sacrificing power capacity needed to accelerate, tow, and haul heavier payloads all thanks to supercapacitors.

Without a battery, supercapacitors will need to be frequently recharged. Even charging within a minute, this is impractical.
